Certified Sex Therapist, Trauma Therapist & Life Coach. For over 18 years I have helped individuals and couples recover from the traumas of sexual, physical, verbal & emotional abuse & neglect. These early traumas manifest in somatic disorders (illness/pain), relationship issues, professional issues, & the inability to live in peace & harmony. Other manifestations may include poor body image, self-hatred & low self-esteem. Some of the modalities I utilize: Brainspotting (BSP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), PACT & Family Systems. I am a therapist & Life Coach who works with people experiencing all kinds of "stuck-ness". One of my key goals is to allow clients a means of exploring difficult subject matters without feeling retraumatized. If you live in Michigan we can meet in person/Telehealth. If you live outside of Michigan you can hire me as a Life Coach on a month-by-month basis.
