My work with clients is collaborative. By identifying goals, highlighting strengths and resources and clarifying meaning and purpose for our lives we can regain peace, make healthy choices, and develop healthy thinking. In addition to traditional "talk" therapies I offer EMDR where indicated. ( One of three evidence based therapies recognized by WHO,US DOD/VA and other world health organizations.) My office is a calm, safe place to assess needs,explore options, develop a therapeutic protocol, set goals, focus on strengths and regain balance. I do this in a caring, supportive, confidential manner.
