I specialize in women’s issues including pre-menopause through perimenopause and for adults dealing with everything from trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and life transitions to grief and loss, depression, and ongoing feelings of unhappiness. In my previous career as a special education teacher, I was moved by the overwhelming need of both the children and parents when faced with special needs, inspiring me to also become a registered play therapist. I am familiar and comfortable working with people of all ages.
