Accepting New Clients. Welcome. I use a tailored approach to meet each client’s unique needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Expressive/Supportive Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Nurtured Heart Approach, Strengths-Based Approach, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Restorative Practices, Social Emotional Learning and Trauma-Informed Focus of Care. I have a breadth of experience working within the Child Study Team process in schools. As a child and family therapist, I empower families through psychoeducation, enabling them to advocate for their child’s needs within the school system.
