I am dedicated to helping those who struggle with mental illness, have experienced great hardship, or simply need someone to talk to. I often work with clients that struggle with depression and anxiety. The symptoms that one experiences associated with these issues can be debilitating, exhausting, and dangerous if left unaddressed. People that present with these problems often desire for a better life, but feel trapped by their circumstances and condition. The symptoms often make it feel impossible to take steps to improve and overcome the hardship one is experiencing.
