Hi, I’m Zach, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) seeing patients virtually in California. I work with people who are navigating both mental health challenges and substance use, and I’m passionate about supporting clients on their journey to healing and recovery. In our work together, I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), but more than anything, I focus on building a genuine, respectful relationship where you feel heard and supported.
