About

I obtained my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Concordia University Irvine’s Townsend Institute. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Theology from Concordia University Chicago, and have a background in higher education and ministry. I provided individual and couples counseling, addressing the needs of each client using a psychodynamic, attachment focused, strengths-based approach to help them achieve the growth, change, or goals they seek. I also incorporate EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) in my practice.
