I have experience working alongside teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life-transitions, adulting-fatigue, and unresolved trauma, whether from abuse, loss, or accidents. I have journeyed with athletes of all levels, those experiencing chronic pain, people who are diagnosed with or exploring neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those experiencing helper stress and fatigue as a healthcare provider. I’m mindful to walk alongside you, offering encouragement as you experiment with flexible perspectives and new possibilities. My clients have taught me that life can be messy AND beautiful.
