I specialize in working with couples navigating their relationships as well as individuals who have experienced trauma. Helping to give these clients the tools and skills to improve the quality of their lives. I also enjoy working with clients who struggle with anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, alternative lifestyles, and sexual health problems—working to help clients find a life that makes them happy and feel content with their lives. Therapy is work, and so clients should expect to be given tools and skills to practice.
