I am here to hold space for you to share whatever it is that is weighing heavily on you, and offer the support you need to inevitably release it. I believe that what most people want is to be seen for the pure soul that they came to this Earth as, and what they need help with is reprogramming some of the unconscious beliefs that society has instilled in them. Some of the ways in which I help my clients is by utilizing narrative, cognitive, and existential therapy to bring compassion to what lives in the unseen.
