My approach in therapy is honest, direct and warm. I believe in getting to the healing and finding sustainable ways through the stuckness. I will do my best to help you listen deeply and accurately to yourself. I specialize in individual trauma resolutions (PTSD and C-PTSD/complex trauma, attachment healing and relationships, life transitions, grief/loss, anxiety/depression. I work with individuals, couples and some families. As a somatic therapist, we look to our nervous systems experience, reactions and physical symptoms as a pathway for change, health and healing. I integrate mindfulness, parts work, somatic and relational, trauma-centered approaches. Modalities include a blend of IFS and somatic, attachment-focused approaches (NARM, SE, Voice Dialogue, Gestalt).
