My name is Zach Peterson, I am License Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges, self image, and managing trauma. Over the years, I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, impulsive behaviors, family issues, and teens. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a holistic approach as my modality. I believe in creating a brave and safe spcae that will allow you to be yourself.
