Welcome, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey. I have spent over 10 years working with people on various issues including but not limited to addictions, anxiety related disorders, depression, and communication. My treatment approach is eclectic to allow the best treatment modality to work with your therapeutic needs. In your initial visit, we will work together to identify areas for growth and further development. We will then begin the journey of increasing self-awareness of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to learn new ways and skills to healthily navigate and grow in your daily life.
