I am a licensed mental health counselor with experience working in community mental health providing counseling to individuals and groups. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults but have experience working with children, families, and adults. With my work in an outpatient clinic, I have treated a variety of emotional and mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, health complications, and stress-related issues. Throughout my work, I use an eclectic approach that combines elements of cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and dialectical behavioral therapies.
