I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood—without judgment or pressure to be someone they are not. My approach to counseling is grounded in the belief that people already possess strengths, insight, and resilience, even when life experiences, trauma, or overwhelming stress make those qualities hard to access. I am especially mindful of how trauma, chronic stress, and unresolved relational wounds can shape thoughts, emotions, and behavior. Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with you?” I focus on understanding, “What happened to you?” and how those experiences have influenced your coping strategies.
