For some, therapy is about accumulating tools and strategies for addressing specific life-struggles. For others, therapy is about better understanding oneself: solidifying your understanding of how you arrived at this place in your life and exploring how to find your way to a better, more fulfilling space. I provide individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy services for adults and adolescents.
