At the heart of my work, I create empathic connections with the individuals I work with—creating spaces for them to explore and express all of themselves, and to feel seen, heard, and understood while doing so. Broadly, my approach is collaborative and compassionate, helping you to understand what’s holding you back and to develop new ways of being that foster authenticity and empowerment. I find that people often come to therapy to make challenging feelings go away. While this can happen, I also understand the work of therapy as being able to meaningfully experience and learn from your difficult feelings.
