Hi there, I'm Zadie! Most people just stick with Zadie. I am a clinician with vast experience who is excited to work with you to meet your goals. I am a very open and honest person, and my goal is to work with you so that you can flourish in your day-to-day life! I use an eclectic mode of therapy that focuses on CBT and solution-focused skills. I am trained in TF-CBT and am currently working towards my certification in ADHD clinical services, integrative mental health, integrative sex and couples, as well as certified clinical trauma.
