Zae specializes in relationship therapy. This includes parenting, parent-child issues, sibling relationships, multigenerational family dynamics, lifespan transitions as well as ecological relations. Trained in systems theory and eco-therapy, they have a particular interest in childhood trauma, spiritual trauma, grief and loss, climate anxiety and distress, identity formation, consensual non-monogamy, and sexual health.
