I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I work with clients of all ages statewide via telehealth. I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and relational problems, using Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative, Humanistic, Attachment, and Behavioral therapies to support my clients in making meaningful change. My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client.
