Hello potential clients! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Sacramento, CA. My naturally altruistic personality has led me to a career I love. Whether you are experiencing difficulty understanding and experiencing your emotions or if you simply don't understand why you are seeking help and would like help defining your need, kudos to you for taking the first step to seek support. I have experience in facilitating positive change and helping clients discover and live authentically. In our first session, I will take the opportunity to further introduce myself. We will review the therapeutic process and take part in a semi-structured intake session. This intake session will provide me with insight into your presenting issues and an assessment of your history, laying the groundwork for your therapeutic goals.
