As the world continues to spiral into chaos, hate and despair, it can be hard to feel like an actual real person living your actual real life. I get that! And if you are willing, I'm ready to be there with you in it. While one hour in a comfortable office might not make the horrors abate, it can remind you that you're a human being who lives in a body. So whether you live completely in your head and outside your body, everything feels like its just too much, or this is not even the body you've contracted with I want to help you find your repeating patterns of behavior, thoughts, and feelings, and ask if they are ready to transform.
