Hi there! If you are anything like me, you have a hard time asking for help. I have learned that sometimes support is necessary because there are just some things we struggle to face alone. “Life be life-ing” is my favorite line. Managing life's challenges while also coping with our experiences can be tough. My mission is to offer a safe space with genuine, non-judgmental, and compassionate support as you navigate your journey towards healing and living a more fulfilling life. I am a family systems counselor trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy offering services to individuals and couples. I specialize in a variety of areas including, by not limited to, family of origin issues, women’s mental health, work-life balance, relationship/marital/premarital counseling, burnout, anxiety, parental stress, and counselor mental health.
