Therapy is an active endeavor. I am a warm and supportive therapist, but I will also challenge you. We will start wherever you are and work toward a goal. I don't want to be a crutch. I want to be the person who helps you figure out how to propel your life forward. If you feel stuck, I will work with you to identify behaviors and thought patterns that impact your anxiety and depression and develop a plan to take steps that will increase your sense of agency.
