Hi, my name is Zamira! I am currently seeing individuals and couples, ages 15 and up. I have experience with anxiety disorders, life transitions, co-dependency, trauma and women’s issues. I want to help clients understand their emotions and unconscious patterns of behavior. By talking through these emotions and behaviors you can come to know yourself better and make better decisions for yourself. I use a person-centered approach to therapy which ensures that your needs are met and gives you control over our sessions.This provides you with a safe space to become more self-aware and find solutions.
