As a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming provider, I am dedicated to fostering authenticity and understanding. I am currently working with individuals 18+ and specialize in neurodivergence (specifically ADHD and Autism), substance use, and identity. My practice is built on a person-centered approach, utilizing strength-based strategies, narrative therapy, and psychodynamic principles to navigate the complexities of each individual's experiences and identities.
