Welcome, fellow travelers. Starting on your therapy journey can be both daunting and exciting. Please give yourself credit for having the courage to start this journey. I will make a strong effort to make this experience as safe, supportive, and productive as possible. I will encourage you to set goals and learn the skills that will help you achieve those goals. I see each client as having unique situations, needs, and tailor the sessions to fit your needs, while keeping your authenticity. Being cognisant of your goals, the pace you want to travel, and your overall growth and well-being, will be my goal.
