I'm Zano, and using a fusion of somatic therapy, dance/movement therapy, hypnotherapy, and energy work, I help individuals, couples, and creatives reconnect with clarity, purpose, and emotional balance. Clients come to me when they're ready for something more: to release chronic stress, break free from self-sabotaging patterns, and feel truly grounded again — in their body, relationships, and identity. I blend the structure of evidence-based therapy with the freedom of body-centered, intuitive healing.
