I am Zareen, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. With over 7 years of counseling experience I have helped individuals from young children to adults struggling with issues related to trauma, depression, grief, anxiety, alcohol/drug use and other mental health problems. I am extremely approachable and sincerely care about helping you gain insight while developing the skills necessary to cope with your problems independently. I am truly passionate about my profession. I have also helped individuals regarding their relationship issues guiding them how to set healthy boundaries, manage anger and parenting styles
