Hello, I am Zari you can call me Dr. Zari. The main goal of therapy to establish the therapeutic alliance and solidify therapeutic goals at the onset of therapy. This includes building trust, understanding the client's concerns and history. Evaluating client therapist fit. My therapeutic approach is based on the framework to understand and address a client's issues. It's the lens through which I see human relationships and the challenges my client is facing. I have a holistic approach to therapy, I use the therapeutic approaches that fit best with the client problems, cultural background, and the issues a client seeking therapy.
