I work with people of all ages and ethnic groups. My overall goal is to aid you in becoming the best version of yourself. I work to help empower you to know your own strengths. Each client is treated as an individual and treatment is individualized. I have a passion for working with moms and families dealing with perinatal mental health issue and individuals looking to process complex trauma. Additionally, I work with adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, major life changes, and addiction. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I am EMDR trained and work with individuals who have experienced complex trauma. Additionally, I am trained in perinatal Mental health conditions. I have worked with individuals in recovery for many years as well.
