We all deserve a supportive space to process challenges. I believe through deep curiosity towards ourselves – our circumstances, strengths, and goals - we can cultivate a sense of clarity and wellbeing. As a therapist I bring compassion, calm, persistence, and joy to support the growth and change you want to foster. I am experienced working with children and adults navigating a variety of challenges, including trauma. I am level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and have experience with adults and teen. With children ages 3-10 I use play and art based therapies. I have addition experience with DBT and CBT skills, and TF-CBT.
