I believe that we all have a deep desire to live rich, connected lives. But sometimes, it feels like we just can't get there. Instead of experiencing the connection and vitality we want, we find ourselves in the same patterns and cycles, growing increasingly tired of "not feeling better." Therapy with me is focused on supporting you to be with yourself in a different way and move toward more of the life you want. I specialize in developmental and attachment trauma through an integrative practice that draws primarily from NARM (Neuroaffective Relational Model) and IFS (Internal Family Systems). With somatic, emotional, and cognitive exploration, the therapy I offer will guide you toward greater capacity, depth, and vitality. By incorporating neuroscience and somatic practices, we will move away from telling the same old stories you've told in therapy before and move towards being present with your real-time experience.
