Life is tough these days and we all need help, particularly with this new pandemic threat and the consequent anxiety and depression it has caused. My therapeutic practice is based on Buddhist compassion and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I work with alcohol and drug addiction as well as trauma and PTSD clients. I provide a traditional psychological perspective as well as a discovery of your life’s inner meaning, your strengths, your dreams, your creativity, your spirituality, and the socio-cultural context that surrounds you. I am able to create a nourishing, supportive environment that contributes to your healing and transformation.
