Anyone who feels they could benefit from some extra guidance or help (personally I think this is all of us) is my idea of an ideal client. That being said, the folks that typically seek me out are between the ages of 15 and 35 and want support dealing with a variety of experiences including major life changes (grief, relationship changes, career changes ect.), trauma, or management of mental illness symptoms. I welcome everyone and proudly serve LGBTQIA+ community members.
