Hi there! Thanks for taking a peek at my profile. I enjoy working with all ages from adolescence to teens to adults. I've really narrowed down my craft in therapy to focus on anxiety, OCD through ERP, insomnia/sleep issues, ADHD, grief, and other interpersonal issues. When clients come to work with me in therapy we use a collaborative approach to increase rapport. As we build trust together I really hone in on honesty, transparency, and authenticity. The best way engage in therapy is by showing up as you are so I can meet you where you're at nonjudgmentally because harsh self criticism blocks us from self compassion.
