My name is Zeerak Hashimi, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with people struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I believe in meeting clients where they are at and helping them identify their strengths to make positive changes in their lives. I provide therapy with a client-centered approach. I believe that letting people set their own goals and working at their pace empowers them to take control of their lives. I commonly use motivational interviewing techniques, CBT, and DBT to help clients identify their strengths and areas in which they need support to grow.
