I am a National Board Certified Counselor with extensive experience in a variety of psychological services including counseling, assessment, and case management. My goal in therapy is to provide clients with the tools necessary for developing a sense of empowerment that will assist them in overcoming their challenges. I believe that by restructuring the perception of our world and, subsequently, our responses to the environment, we can improve our sense of well-being. By building the therapeutic trust and offering a safe place where my clients can share their concerns, we can work together to help you heal and grow.
