You might look like you’re functioning, but inside your mind won’t shut off; replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, and spiraling emotionally, often followed by regret. Some of the people I work with are navigating ADHD, OCD, attachment struggles, or exhausting relationships. Others always feel "on"....hypervigilant, overly responsible, unable to turn it off. This may keep you trapped in cycles you can't seem to break. We will work to interrupt the cycle, understand what is fueling it, and build new ways of responding to experience more internal calm and stability.
