My name is Zelda Verrett, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), license number (111462) with a Master's in Counseling Psychology. I am based in Southern California working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults 18 and older struggling with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, PTSD, women's issues, and grief counseling using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to offer clients tools to build stronger relationships, communicate effectively, and understand their emotions better.
