Hi, I’m Amanda. I’m a licensed mental health therapist in Florida, Idaho, and Connecticut, and the founder of Zenful Mamas a therapy and support space dedicated to mothers navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the profound identity shifts of motherhood. I specialize in working with women who are pregnant, newly postpartum, or adjusting to life as a mother and quietly thinking, “Why didn’t anyone talk about this part?” Motherhood can be beautiful and deeply disorienting at the same time. My work honors the full emotional reality of this season without judgment, minimization, or pressure to “just be grateful.”
