I am a licensed psychologist with over 10 years of clinical experience. I’m also a psychology professor and psychotherapy science researcher. I completed my clinical training at Columbia University, McLean Hospital at Harvard Medical School, the Stone Center, and the Yale School of Medicine. My approach tends to be highly collaborative and empathic, tailored to you and guided by the research on what makes therapy work. I pride myself on providing a genuine presence and sincere interest in our work together.
