Currently taking new clients for daytime appointments! I am here to help people who hope to make changes in their day-to-day life, better understand their emotional experiences, and learn more about their mind and being a human being. I work with diverse clients and especially enjoy working with the LGBTQ and neurodiverse communities. I focus on providing a supportive, affirming space for people with diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Together, we will explore your vision of a good life and find paths towards your personal values and ideals. I draw on a variety of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) approaches. These methods focus on understanding and working with the connections between our thoughts, actions, and emotions. I respect my clients as experts on their own lives, and I hope to be a helpful consultant and advocate for each person I work with.
