Hello! My name is Zetah Young and I am the Owner of Serenity Therapy, PLLC. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and warm space to help guide you to empower yourself to be more at peace. I’m passionate about working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, anger management, life transitions, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. I know how difficult it can be reaching out for help and I acknowledge the courage it takes to engage in the therapeutic process. As your therapist, I can help you navigate through life’s challenges, overcome stressful experiences. We will work together to promote positive self-transformation and to help you understand yourself in a deeper and more meaningful way.
