Beginning therapy takes courage and you've already taken the first step. My goal is to help you feel better, build stronger relationships, and live a more meaningful life. I work with teenagers, adults, and families in my San Pedro office and online. I practice person-centered therapy, integrating different approaches to therapy based on what you’re looking for and what works for you. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.
