About
Unspoken hurt finds insidious ways of impacting our daily lives and expresses itself in symptoms. Psychotherapy is a relational process where we can unpack these symptoms to clarify your struggles in living, while we identify a path forward that feels satisfactory. When it comes to circumstances that are beyond control, grief and acceptance might be at the forefront of our discussions. As your therapist, my goal will be to create a safe and understanding relationship with you where we will cherish curiosity to find new ways of being in the world, with more compassion for yourself and others, increased ease and clarity. I have mainly trained in New York and held positions in a variety of settings including NYU Langone and McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School. I specialize in the treatment of personality disorders, relationship issues, trauma, mood and anxiety disorders. I am grounded in the psychodynamic approach while integrating skills-based work as appropriate.
