Many of my clients seek therapy when they’re feeling anxious, exhausted, disconnected, unfulfilled, or caught in repeating patterns. They may be having challenges in relationships or communication styles. They often feel stuck, underresourced, and unsure of how to move forward. I offer support to clients as they work to gain insight, strengthen self-trust, and discover new ways of relating to themselves, to others, and to the challenges of life.
