I’m a heart-centered therapist, and the core of my work is offering compassionate, grounded space. It’s hard to find a space where you can show up as you are and feel what’s happening without pressure. That’s what I provide. I sit with you, I hold space for what comes up, and I stay present so you can open in ways you usually don’t give yourself permission to. When something vulnerable comes up, we stay with it together. When something confusing shows up in your body or your emotions, we explore it with patience. If you’re looking for therapy that feels calm, soulful, and deeply human, this is the space I offer I offer a grounded, heart-centered space to come back to yourself. We slow down so you can hear what your heart and body are saying through anxiety, stress, or old patterns. I stay with you as we explore what rises and help you reconnect with the parts of you that want to live more fully.
