Change is always possible. I work from a strengths-based perspective, and I believe that the work of psychotherapy is to help people access untapped resources toward health and vitality. Someone suffering from depression is just that-a person with depression, not a "depressed person"--depression needn't define you. When you walk into my office, we will explore the roadblocks in your life that keep you from moving forward, and make a plan for getting past them.
