My name is Zinat Hashmy, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked with many different populations, such as older adults, adults, adolescents, and special needs. I help people with depression, trauma and PTSD, emotional disturbance, self esteem, life coaching, and more. I utilize Solution Focused, Person-Centered, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Applied Behavioral Analysis, Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Strength Based Therapy modalities. I have worked with the county, in group homes, inpatient treatment centers, and school-based settings.
